At just 10 years old, Mia is already a prolific songwriter. When her mom, Michelle, won a school auction to record a track with Kreate Music Studio, she knew it would be the perfect outlet for Mia’s creativity. In less than an hour, Mia wrote the lyrics and melody for Stay Awhile, a song that has since traveled around the world, with friends (and their parents unknowingly) humming its catchy hook.

For Michelle, hearing the song was a revelation: a divine message on inner peace seen through a child’s eyes. Stay Awhile reflects the idea that life is a dream.  That even when we feel isolated or confused, if we step back as the observer, we discover beauty. And that even without knowing all the answers or having a plan, we can simply choose to be happy.

Beyond music, Mia is part of a gymnastics team and, along with her brother Max, is the inspiration behind their mom’s creation of OMMM.
